Description

Doughty Heavy Duty Pulley, Quad Sheave, for Wire or Rope

A quadruple sheave pulley ready to accept any of the Doughty range of fixings.

Available with either 100mm, 150mm or 200mm Diameter, for Wire or Rope.

A range of 100mm heavy duty pulleys with steel plates and nylon sheaves. Complete with ball race bearings, grooved for wire rope and ready to accept any of the Doughty range of fixings

Please note: Pictures are for reference purposes only, fixing brackets shown are extra cost.

Pulleys are supplied without fixing brackets. The fixing brackets will need to be selected and ordered additionally to suit individual requirements. Fixing Brackets must be factory fitted.

The recommended sizes and for Hand Ropes & Wires are:

100mm Diameter Sheave - 12mm Rope – 4mm Wire

150mm Diameter Sheave - 18mm Rope – 6mm Wire

200mm Diameter Sheave - 18mm Rope – 6mm Wire

300-54-4: 100mm (quad sheave) for wire - SWL 200 Kg

300-55-4: 150mm (quad sheave) for wire - SWL 400 Kg

300-56-4: 200mm (quad sheave) for wire - SWL 600 Kg

300-57-4: 100mm (quad sheave) for rope - SWL 200 Kg

300-58-4: 150mm (quad sheave) for rope - SWL 400 Kg

300-59-4: 200mm (quad sheave) for rope - SWL 600 Kg
